How I want to record Codex-assisted projects
When working with Codex, the final code matters, but decisions, failed attempts, and verification commands matter too.
Codex can help move a project forward quickly, but speed makes process records even more important.
I want each project log to keep a few things visible: what changed, why it changed, what failed, what command verified it, and what should happen next.
That way, the project does not become a mysterious folder that only made sense in the moment.
